What is Praxis Global Institute?
Praxis Global Institute is a multidisciplinary training, consulting, and data insights organization that helps individuals, teams, and institutions strengthen capacity, improve performance, and access global opportunities.
What is the International Professional Readiness Program (IPRP)?
IPRP is an 8–10 week online program that prepares people for global careers by teaching international professionalism, communication, data skills, job strategy, and pathways to internships, fellowships, and international organizations.
How do I apply for IPRP?
You can apply through the Praxis Academy application form. The process takes less than 5 minutes. Once submitted, the team reviews your application and shares next steps.
Who can join Praxis Academy programs?
Praxis Academy is open to:
Students and recent graduates

Individuals transitioning into new fields
Working professionals seeking advancement
Organizations seeking team training
Applicants preparing for global careers or graduate study
Do Praxis programs require prior experience?
No. Many programs—especially beginner tracks like Data & AI for Everyone or IPRP—are designed for learners with no prior background.
Some advanced programs may require basic familiarity, which will be noted in their descriptions.
Are Praxis programs online, in-person, or hybrid?
Most Praxis Academy programs are 100% online.

What is the optional Global Immersion Experience?
A short in-person immersion that allows selected participants to visit partner international organizations such as UN, UNHCR, OCHA, WFP, ICRC, etc., development firms, think tanks, or global health institutions.

How long will it take to hear back after applying?
Applicants typically receive a decision within 3–7 working days. Some programs review applications on a rolling basis.
