Praxis may remove or suspend any participant whose behavior is disruptive, dishonest, harmful, or violates these Terms. Program structures, content, instructors, schedules, and delivery methods may be updated from time to time to enhance learning quality.
Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Some programs and services require payment before access is granted. All fees must be paid through the approved payment channels promoted on our website. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated in a specific program's refund policy, all payments made to Praxis are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, partial or full refunds may be granted at the discretion of Praxis. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by Praxis—including curriculum materials, videos, text, graphics, branding, logos, documents, presentations, templates, and intellectual frameworks—remains the exclusive property of Praxis Global Institute or its licensors. By participating in a program, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, resell, broadcast, or create derivative works from any Praxis content without written permission. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of our materials may result in legal action, account termination, or both.
User Content and Submissions

Certificates and Program Outcomes
Completion certificates may be issued upon successful completion of program requirements. Praxis does not guarantee employment, promotion, scholarships, or admission into any institution or organization as a result of completing a program. Career outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, experience, and factors beyond our control. While Praxis may provide career guidance, mentoring, and resources, these are not guarantees of professional advancement.
Platform Availability and Technical Issues
Praxis strives to keep its website, learning portals, and communication systems running smoothly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, server issues, or external factors may occasionally interrupt service. Praxis is not liable for data loss, access interruptions, delays, or technical errors arising from your device, internet connection, or third-party platform failures. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to participate in our programs.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in actions that harm Praxis, other users, or the integrity of our services.
