The website includes a skip-to-content link, semantic headings and navigation, keyboard-operable menus and controls, visible focus indicators, and responsive layouts. Informative images have text alternatives; decorative imagery is excluded from assistive reading where appropriate.
Motion and reading
The homepage background slideshow can be paused or changed manually. It starts paused when your device requests reduced motion. Text can be enlarged using browser zoom. Pages use flexible layouts and readable line spacing.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference when reviewing the site. This statement is not a claim of independently audited conformance. We continue to review contrast, keyboard access, screen-reader structure, and mobile readability as the site develops.
