When you browse, hosting and security services may process your IP address, requested pages, browser or device information, timestamps, and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the website. When you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, email address, optional organization, selected area of interest, and message. The IPRP application collects names, email, phone, country and city, education and employment background, preferred track and cohort, learning goals, availability, and an optional payment reference. Programme payments are made through Stripe-hosted checkout; this website does not collect payment-card details or provide user accounts.
Why information is used
Technical information supports website delivery, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and manage resulting correspondence, rather than to enroll you in marketing. IPRP application details are used to review applications, match payments, manage cohort places, and provide joining information. Future programme communications require your separate optional opt-in. If the form uses an email-composer fallback, your details are passed to the email application you choose and reach us only when you send the message. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or identifiable patient records.
Service providers and external resources
Cloudflare provides hosting, network security, and Turnstile verification when direct form submission is enabled. Resend processes enquiry and IPRP application email delivery when configured. Stripe processes programme payments and may provide payment status, payer email, and checkout references for reconciliation. Google Fonts supplies typography, so your browser connects to Google when loading fonts. These providers may process technical information or enquiry content for the relevant service. External platforms publish their own notices. Photographs are served from this website.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask about information you have provided or request access, correction, or deletion. We assess requests under the law applicable to your circumstances and may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for lawful recordkeeping or security purposes. Your browser also provides controls for cookies and external connections.
Security and international processing
We use HTTPS for website delivery. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Hosting, font delivery, and email services may process information in the United States or other locations in which their providers operate. This website is intended for institutional and professional audiences and does not offer services directed at children.
